I have used Saimon’s services more than once, and he has delivered each time. When I would have any issues, from leaks to door problems, Saimon has been extremely responsive and helpful. My father’s basement would flood during heavy rains, but I was unable to determine the source of the water. Saimon offered to come over and inspect the leak whenever it occurred the next time — regardless of what time it was. He said I could call him any time day or night, and he would visit the house to determine the source of the flood. That is customer service! I highly recommend him for any contracting job, big or small.

We used Perfect Contracting to repoint and coat our rear exterior wall, demo an old cement patio/ built a new one and to strip paint from the front of the house.The work done by Saimon and his team was professional quality. I wholeheartedly recommend Saimon and his whole crew at Perfect Contracting. I hired them to re-brownstone the entire façade of my 1895 Park Slope home. As well as waterproof the cellar and redo the roof.
The results have been execellent. Saimon was always easy to reach, and his crew arrived everyday on time. They took special care to keep the worksite tidy and in good order (more important than you might think, when work is as messy and dust-intensive as re-brownstoning is). Saimon stands behind his work and his price – he did not haggle when, for example, leaks in the foundation required extra work to cure. He made sure I was happy with the color of the brownstone, and his crew was able to restore period details with great skill. These guys are gold.

My experience with Perfect Contracting Co. has been great. I hired Saimon to do a very big job digging out the outside of my brownstone to waterproof the basement wall. He and his workers had to dig down several feet, in a community garden next to my house. The work was difficult but they did a fabulous job, very thorough and careful. And the work has held up well since then—no more basement leaks!
Saimon very clearly sets a high bar for the work he does. I told Saimon that the community garden members were very worried that the work would destroy their garden. He and his workers were extremely careful to minimize the impact in the garden. This was much appreciated by me and by all the community garden members.
Their work was so good that a year later, when I had to redo the whole back facade of my house, I hired them again.
